What is the address for the camp?

What is the earliest check-in time?
Registration desk will open at 3 PM on Wednesday August 14th.  The program begins with dinner at 5:00.

How late can I check-in?
Registration will close at 11 PM on Wednesday evening.

How can I get a scholarship?
For those friends needing scholarship to attend the event, we ask that you first contact your/a nearby Local Spiritual Assembly.  If they are unable to help, contact the School Committee from the Contact Us page.

Suppose I pay and then cannot attend the conference?
Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • If cancellation is received by July 15th, there will be a full refund.
  • If cancellation is received between July 15th and August 1st 50% of your total order is forfeited.
  • If cancellation is received after August 1st, there will be NO refund.

Families/couples, or groups who are coming together, can request to lodge together in the same cabin. Requests for lodging can be done through the registration process.

Can children attend by themselves?
Children need to be accompanied by an adult, either with family or a sponsor.

Children with special needs
If a child receives any special services at his/her school such as one-on-one support, pull out support, alternative learning environments, etc – it would be the responsibility of the parent or sponsor to provide similar support at the summer school.

Dietary needs
Most dietary restrictions can be accommodated by the kitchen and in coordination with them. You will specify your needs in the registration process.

Part-time registrations
Due to site restrictions, we are unable to accommodate part-time registrations.
